2. Website content
Content on this website (including statistics and answers from the on-site chat agent) is provided for information purposes. This website publishes no prices; all pricing is quoted individually and confirmed in a written quote or agreement, and quotes exclude VAT. Chat answers are generated automatically and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software on this website are the property of Momants B.V. or its licensors. Customer and partner logos remain the property of their respective owners, and are used to identify those organisations rather than to imply any endorsement. If you would prefer your logo not to appear here, write to us and we will remove it.
4. Liability
We maintain this website with care but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Momants B.V. accepts no liability for damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
