Build the agent fans actually talk to.
Momants is an AI agent that answers fans for festivals, events and attractions, on WhatsApp, webchat, Instagram, Messenger and email. We build it in Amsterdam, and there are four roles open.
Amsterdam, hybrid · All four roles full-time · Applications go through the form, or email us

Four roles, and this is the whole list
What is not on this page, we are not filling. Every role is hybrid out of our Amsterdam office and full-time, and every one of them is applied for through the same short form.

The roles
What each one actually does
What you would own, and what we are looking for in the person who owns it. Nothing below is a wish list of ten years in five technologies: it is the work.

Full-time developer
You build the product behind the agent: the connectors to ticketing platforms, the inbox our customers work in, and the plumbing that carries conversations across WhatsApp, webchat, Instagram, Messenger and email. Most of the interesting work is at the seams, where someone else's ticketing system meets a live conversation with a fan. You own features end to end, and you find out whether they hold up during an on-sale.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Build and maintain connectors to ticketing platforms, so the agent can quote real availability and hand back a working checkout link
- Ship across the stack: the customer-facing inbox, the reporting behind it and the services underneath
- Keep the channels reliable, including the parts of the WhatsApp Business API that nobody enjoys
- Take a feature from first sketch to a customer using it live, then fix what the first busy weekend teaches you
What we look for
- You have built and run web services in production, and you have the scars from the nights they went down
- You are comfortable in someone else's API documentation, including the badly written kind
- You debug what is actually happening rather than what the code says should happen
- Enough product sense to push back on a feature that will not survive a busy Saturday
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.

Full-time customer success
You are the person our customers actually talk to. You take a new festival, museum or theme park from signed to live, and then stay with them through the weeks that matter, when a wrong answer from the agent turns into a queue at the gate. Part onboarding, part account management, part being the first call when something breaks.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Onboard new events and attractions: collect their facts, connect their channels and get the agent answering before the on-sale
- Read real conversations and tell the team which questions we keep answering badly
- Run reviews with customers on their own numbers: question volume, handovers, upsells, where fans drop off
- Be the first call when something goes wrong during an event, and see it fixed before the fan notices
What we look for
- You have looked after customers before, in events, hospitality, ticketing or software
- Dutch and English, because most of the organisers we work with are Dutch
- You stay calm while an event is running and something is wrong
- You would rather send a customer a straight answer than a status update
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.

Full-time vibe coder
You ship fast with AI coding tools, and you have the judgement to tell working code from code that only looks like it works. This is closer to a product role than an engineering one: you turn something from a customer call into a running prototype the same week, so we can find out whether it was a good idea at all. What survives contact with customers gets hardened by the team, and plenty of it will not survive.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Turn requests from customer calls into working prototypes in days rather than sprints
- Build the internal tools that give the team its hours back: demo environments, one-off dashboards, the scripts nobody wants to write by hand
- Read what the model wrote closely enough to catch what it got wrong before a customer does
- Hand over what works, and throw away the rest without getting attached to it
What we look for
- You are fluent with AI coding tools and you can show us things you have actually shipped with them
- Enough engineering judgement to notice when generated code is quietly wrong
- You are happy for your prototype to be rewritten or thrown away
- You go and ask the customer's question yourself instead of waiting for a specification
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.

Full-time agent trainer
An agent is only as good as what it has been taught. You teach it: the event's facts, its house rules and its tone, so it sounds like the organiser rather than like software. The job is mostly reading what fans actually asked, then closing the distance between that and what the agent can answer.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Turn an organiser's documentation, FAQs and inbox history into something the agent can answer from
- Match each agent to its event's tone, in Dutch, English and whatever else the fans write in
- Read conversations every day, find the answers that miss, and fix them the same day
- Decide what the agent should never answer on its own, and send those straight to a human
What we look for
- Fluent Dutch and strong English, since that is what most fans write in
- You write clearly, and you can hear the difference between two brands' tone of voice
- Patience with detail: this is reading hundreds of conversations and spotting the pattern in them
- Curious about how the model behaves, without needing to write the code yourself
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.
The product
What you would be working on
One product. An AI agent that answers a fan on the channel they already use, in the language they write in, at the hour they ask, and that connects to the organiser's ticketing platform so it can quote real availability and hand back a checkout link.
It runs for festivals, museums, theme parks and city attractions, in front of real fans on real event days. Whatever you ship is answering someone within the week.

Who you would be joining

Kevin Westermeijer · CPO
The product: what we build next, how the agent behaves for a fan, and how quickly a new customer is live on it.

Mark Wiggelaar · CTO
The agent architecture, the integrations into ticketing platforms, and everything that has to stay up on a festival Saturday.

Jan Willem van der Meer · CEO
The direction of the company and everything commercial: which customers we take on, what we charge, which platforms we integrate with, and which partners we work through.
The last step
How to apply
Through the form. It asks who you are, why you are writing and for your CV, shows you everything before it goes anywhere, and takes about ten minutes. A person reads every one and replies by email. If nothing on this page fits, apply anyway and tell us what you would build.
