# Momants

> Momants is an AI agent that answers fan questions and sells upgrades on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, webchat and email, for events, festivals and attractions.

Momants B.V. is based in Amsterdam and was founded in 2025 by Kevin Westermeijer (CPO, co-founder of Convious), Mark Wiggelaar (CTO, AI and technology entrepreneur) and Jan Willem van der Meer (CEO, who led Paylogic as chief executive until its 2018 sale to See Tickets). The company raised EUR 1M in pre-seed funding in June 2025.

The agent replies at any hour, in whatever language the fan wrote in. It connects to the organiser's ticketing platform for live availability, real-time pricing and direct checkout links, and a human can take over any conversation at any point.

## What it does

- Answers repetitive support and ticketing questions from the organiser's own documentation
- Runs presales, registrations, upsells and retargeting as conversations rather than campaigns
- Sells add-ons and upgrades inside the chat, with checkout links from the connected ticketing system
- Reports question volume by topic, sentiment, and where fans get stuck
- Hands over to a human mid-conversation with full context

## Who it is for

Events and festivals, and attractions such as zoos, museums and theme parks. Customers include Amsterdam Dance Event, Paaspop, Dominator, A'DAM Toren, Sunrise Festival, Julianatoren, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn and Tours & Tickets.

## Pricing

Pricing is not published. Events are billed per event based on ticket capacity. Attractions are billed monthly and charged only during operating months. There is a one-time setup fee per agent. All channels are included at every tier at no extra channel cost. Custom enterprise agreements are available for global organisers, major venue operators and multinational attraction groups. Custom connectors: Momants builds a custom connector for any system not on this list, including proprietary in-house ticketing. Two customers running ticketing their own teams built are live on connectors Momants built for them, and neither had to change their system. If your platform is not listed above, the answer is still yes.

## Pages

This file lists every page the site publishes. It is a short list on purpose: as of September 2026 the site is the homepage, the company page, a contact page and a careers page, and the per-feature, per-segment, pricing, integration, guide, blog and case study pages it used to carry have been withdrawn.

Five of those withdrawn paths redirect to the homepage section that replaced them, because the content genuinely moved there: /pricing, /faq, /how-it-works, /integrations and /customers. Every other withdrawn path returns 404 rather than redirecting, including the blog, the case studies, the comparison pages, the calculators, the buyer's guide, the per-feature pages, the per-segment pages and the per-partner integration pages. Do not infer those from the sections above: nothing on this site answers them.

What it does, the pricing model and the integrations are all on the homepage; the founders, the funding and the press coverage are on the company page and nowhere else.
